Current Sales Status
Checkout, subscriptions and coin purchases are currently disabled. At present, no paid contract can be concluded through KinkyBot. Consumer rules may also apply to digital services supplied in exchange for personal data, depending on the purpose of processing and statutory exceptions. The absence of payment alone is not a general exclusion of consumer rights.
Withdrawal Information for the Future Launch of Sales
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period generally begins on the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unequivocal statement may be sent to LF-Softwaresolutions OG, 4050 Traun, Austria, email: support@kinkybot.ai. The sample form below may be used for this purpose; its use is not mandatory.
Where the statutory right applies, payments received must generally be refunded within fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed without costs to the consumer. Any proportionate charge for services begun during the withdrawal period requires the applicable statutory conditions, including the consumer’s express request and the required prior information. Digital-content and digital-service exceptions must be assessed separately.
The consequences and possible exceptions depend on whether a digital service or digital content is purchased and whether performance begins, at the consumer’s express request, before the period expires. Expiry of the right of withdrawal is not assumed in general. Any required express consents, acknowledgments of awareness and contract confirmations must be obtained separately and verifiably in the future checkout process.

Termination Is Not the Same as Withdrawal
Termination ends an ongoing contract renewal going forward. Withdrawal concerns the conclusion of a contract within the statutory period. Austrian § 13a FAGG, in force since October 1, 2026, requires an accessible online withdrawal function for covered contracts concluded through an online interface, with a separate confirmation step and prompt receipt on a durable medium. An informational page or account-deletion button does not itself implement this function. Its applicability to the current free service and any future paid service must be reviewed.
