How content is processed and where to find your privacy rights
Sensitive stored chat content uses server-side encryption, and secure transport is used for service connections. This is not end-to-end encryption: the application must process readable content and send necessary inputs to AI providers to generate responses and media. Some image-prompt diagnostics also contain generated prompts in application logs. See the Privacy Policy for recipients and retention information.
The application uses hosted infrastructure, a PostgreSQL database and media object storage. Password accounts use password hashes rather than stored plaintext passwords. Provider certifications, backup arrangements, processing locations and deletion periods must be verified for the actual services and contracts; no certification of KinkyBot is claimed here.
Payment processing is temporarily unavailable while our future payment provider is being prepared. Payment details will be handled by the provider disclosed before payments resume.
The Privacy Policy explains access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and consent withdrawal. Signed-in users can request account deletion and download a basic export there. That export is not a complete copy of all personal data; a complete access request can be sent to the data protection contact. These descriptions do not constitute a certification of compliance.
